The future

Kinda realised that I've gotta start doing things now that might be important in the really long run, like taking part in certain competitons that might be relevant to what i want to do in future. It feels really -_- to have to worry about all this now, but if I dont start now, I think I'd regret it later on. It would be reaaaally nice not to worry about the big stuff in life.

PE this week wasn't that bad I guess. I think my training during the hols were pretty useful. I ACTUALLY PASSED THE 3 STATIONS :D Well actually for the pull ups I did 2.5 instead of 3, but that's still pretty close. I'm amazed how much I've improved in 2.4 and standing broad jump. And with the chem project it really feels like there's a lot to do now. Well actually there isn't that much. Just that heavy feeling of a project weighing down on you. And now I'm not sleeping on the bus rides back home. Using the time to go over the stuff that was taught in the day, because it seems like we're learning a lot more stuff now, and much faster so I guess its ok to sacrifice a little sleep to make sure I don't get behind in lessons. The opportunity cost of sleeping isn't more than the benefits of reading econs notes on the bus. Ok I can't beleive I just said that.

Buuuuusy.

Haven't really blogged much lately cuz I've had quite a lot to do. Well lessons started this week, and it's really -_- to get back to lessosns. Got a chem project, and notes to read for econs, hist and bio. And I'm pretty sure this is considered "not much" looking back at last year. Ah well. Things are gonna get more busy. I'll survive it somehow.

Back to school.

Well today was the first day of the school year. Woke up at 5.45 today. And it was reaaaaally cold today. If everyday was like today i think it might snow here soon :D And if it wasn't already cold enough, I was on the old 196 today, the one with the screwed up air con. Which made it even colder.

Anyway we didn't do much in sch today. Just watched a movie and some sharing about it. And just as i REALLY was starting to revise trigo today my gc hanged -.-" I really hope I can get it fixed tomorrow. Or else I gotta spend quite a bit to get a new one.

Managed to find some time to practice on my guitar today. Haven't really improved much recently. Just practising the same old stuff. Well I did continue to try practicing the intro to I Got A Feeling and Grenade, but still can't play them properly yet :( Looked at a few youtube vids of people who can pluck and then continue strumming in perfect rhythm. They're just awesome. One day I'll be able to do that too I guess. Gotta learn how to walk before you learn how to fly.

Sixteen :)

Well, I'm finally 16 :D Today was pretty awesome. TOUCHED SNOW FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY HAHA. But it was freaking cold. My ear froze solid at one point lol. But the most fun part wasn't throwing snow at each other. The most fun part was when we slid down the slope together :D Seriously, I think it's kinda lucky there were only four of us today. If there were more or less I don't think we'd have as much fun sliding down the slope. Had snow fights too, but we could'nt make snowballs so we ended up throwing snow powder at each other. Went to the science centre after that, and its kinda sad we went to the interesting part only at the end when i had to leave soon. Wish I could have spent more time there :( Anyway, seems like I'm getting presents on mon too MUAHAHA.

Sch is starting on mon and I still haven't fully realised it yet. Still in holiday mode. Oh well, the first week seems pretty slack. Ok going back to reading OP now. At chapter 200 whoooo yea :D On a side note, can't wait for the latest bbt ep to be put up online :/

Wish I had the sands of time.

It would really be nice if I had the dagger of time, and the sands of time. That'd be like my undo button. If I had them, I'm pretty sure there would'nt be anything I'd regret doing anymore. But I guess some things in life are meant to be done and regretted. Can't run away from reality. Even the prince of persia saw that. No matter how many times he rewound time, life would never be perfect for him. And finally in POP 3 he accepted that, and didn't try to rewind time again when his father died(again). Gotta admit, that's pretty cool.

Anyway, the hols are gonna end soon. Don't think I did all of the stuff I wanted to do :( Lets see. I did learn how to play the guitar decently well. I did get back to playing Fiesta. But I only read 143 chapters of One Piece up till now T_T But that's cuz I was watching BBT (and finished watching watching it up till the latest ep :D ) I didn't do any manga, but I did do some characters which turned out awesome when I coloured them on photoshop :D

Turning 16 tomorrow. 16's a nice number :D Wait, I feel like I've said that before o.o Anyway, snow city is gonna be awesome. Really looking forward to whatever surprises there are in store for me tomorrow :D

New year.

Well it's 2011 already :) I could see the fireworks from my house WHOOO YEA :D Some interesting new ones this year, like large pink stars slowly falling from teh sky. that was pretty cool :D Ah well better go sleep soon. Lotsa NY specials to watch tmr. Looking forward to the spongebob one :D
