Yet another Deepavali with 10V13 :D

13 came over to my house yesterday, zac and marcus too. Was quite fun playing break the safe with them hehe. At least we now know that to play cluedo properly, you've got to have fewer players. The food came two hours late though, my mom says we're never gonna order from that place again. Sadly not everyone could come this year, but I guess there's always next year. Thanks everyone for coming over yesterday, hope you had a good time :D

It's gonna be a tough two years

Well, I managed to qualify to take H2 econs next year, though the statistics of past performances are kinda scary. Got shortlisted for KI as well, but I doubt I'm taking it. Yea I know it's interesting and all, but not sure if I'll be able to manage. I'll just somehow struggle through GP I guess. And the really scary thing is, I NEED to get straight As if I'm going to study medicine, which is my main consideration now. Even a slight screw-up in the A levels could screw everything up. Sigh. They always seem to notice what you do badly more than what you can actually do well. It's scary, but I'm going to have to do it. It's gonna be real hard to be able to get that kind of scores. Gonna have to work reaaaaaaal hard for the next two years (something tells me GP would need the most work for me). Well, if I get an A for my Tamil now, I'd have secured a H1 A. But it's a bit too late to be worrying about that :/ Sigh, I'll see how it goes. Will think more about this when O levels and symposium are over.

My Gameboy died :(

I picked up my gameboy again for the first time in months today, and I found out that it had this weird ripple-ly thing on it's screen, and it can't be turned on now. Sigh. Well, at least I've played the most out of it, I've lost count of how many times I've played pokemon blue over and over again haha. Somehow, I never get tired of it. And yea, it's more than ten years old, I guess it's only expected that it's spoil sooner or later. I'll miss playing pokemon on that old machine.

Still not enough hours in a day

Yea I know EOYs are over, but I still don't seem to have enough time to do everything I planned to do yet. Half of this weekend was gone helping my mom to make cookies and clean the house for Deepavali. And I really think I should start worrying about my mother tongue O levels. Soon. Still got quite a lot of things to do, symposium, VIP Pulse recruitment, and a few more. This year is honestly a crazy marathon. But it's getting to the good part :D

This is the life :D

Didn't go for OBS, but I still find there to be not enough hours in a day. From editing the symposium invite, to drawing some single-pagers, to playing Fiesta and Blackshot, to trying out new stuff in Photoshop and Illustrator, and to spamming D-Grayman, there simply isn't enough time. And that only covers about less than half of my to-do list. Trying to find companies for the job attachment is reaaally taking up a lot of my time. I wanna try and find a comic or manga company, or at least an illustrating company, but all that I found so fare are really small and unknown ones. Might still try to apply for them though.

On a side note, the class walls have been fully painted over. Sigh. I think I've sorta come to accept it already. As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Those class walls have truly brightened up daily lessons in my class, and I'm just happy that it turned out to be so good, even though I was sorta unsure how it would turn out when we first started painting. I'm grateful for having such an awesome classroom for these two years, and on top of that, having an even more awesome class. I couldn't ask for anything better :D

So it ends. So it begins.

EOYs ended yesterday, YEAAA :D Played pokemon cards with the rest at soghurt, then went home to watch the latest episode of OP(no words can describe how awesome it was... the new opening too :D), then I watched the first Johnny English movie, then the 3 new episodes of BBT season 5. I made sure I wasted no time :D

Last day with the class walls today :( I would really do anything to save those walls from being painted over. Our class put in so much effort into it, my heart and soul went into it too :/ I will never forget how that big eye began as a sketch on paper, then the sketches multiplied on the walls, and how I watched them grow from sketches to vibrant, colourful paintings. Honestly, once it's painted over, it seems like a huge chunk of evidence that our class ever existed would have been removed. Siiiiigh. I really love the class walls. I really can't bear to see them getting painted over.

After next week, it will no longer be our classroom, it'll just be... yet another room.
